Steak:

    * 500 grams of beef, chopped

    * 1 teaspoon salt
    * 3 tablespoons butter / margarine

Sauce:

    * 1 tablespoon butter / margarine
    * 50 grams onion, finely chopped
    * 1 tablespoon flour
    * 100 cc water
    * 2 tablespoons tomato sauce
    * 1 tablespoon sauce English
    * 1 tablespoon BBQ sauce
    * 1/2 teaspoon ground pepper
    * 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg powder
    * 1/2 teaspoon salt

Complement:

    * 100 grams of potatoes, fried
    * 100 grams of baby carrots, boiled briefly

Method:
1.    Steak: Mix beef, onions, egg yolks, flour, celery leaf, English sauce, pepper powder, and salt and mix well.
2.    For the dough into five sections, and each round it off, press until flat and round.
3.    Heat butter and fry each circle dough until golden brown on both sides and cooked through, remove from heat.
4.    Sauce: heat the butter, and then enter the onion, sautes until wilted.
5.    Enter a little flour, stirring until flat, then pour water little by little, stirring frequently, cook until thick.
6.    Add tomato sauce, sauce England, BBQ sauce, pepper powder, nutmeg powder, and salt, stir well and cook until boiling and thickened, remove from heat.
7.    Place steaks on serving plates, pour sauce on top, and serve together with complement.
